NEW STUDIO UPGRADE - PRO TOOLS 7.4

We have bought some new hardware and software for the production studio.
We are now using
Pro Tools 7.4 in addition to our
Nuendo/Cubase
platform. Now you can have the best of both worlds!
Also on the studio front we have been very happy
with our, "telecommuting session player" experiment. We have been adding
guitar slingers and other soloists to our projects using distance performers
over FTP.
We send our favorite lickmeister a stereo file at the sampling
rate of the project, they cut their parts and send them back to us to drop right
into the project. The system has been working great for all our clients
with broadband and the future will see a great deal of collaboration utilizing
the web.. Thanks to Robert
McEntee for being our pilot player for this project.
ANOTHER BOOK DEAL COOKING

basics of learning the legal ins and outs of the industry with a large contract
library and commentary from industry experts on what makes an aspiring artist's

The Music Office will again be closed from December 2 -
December 8, 2007. Back to Negril, Jamaica for video and still
stock footage and to open up a musician network for our telecommuting
studio. Don't forget that The Music Office is sponsoring a
